My second favorite pair of Maui Jims. These Guardrails would be my Favorite pair if lens size was 60mm or 61mm. These are still really good glasses! My Castles by Maui Jim are my favorite! Both are Very Light weight. Of the two, I might say the lens quality or guess the lens quality is slightly better in the Guardrails. That's more of a guess. Both are very comfortable! Both are very light weight. My Alelele Bridge are lighter yet. I also have two pair of Ray Bans that are of very good quality. But the Maui Jim's are all lighter in weight. I think it would be hard to beat Maui Jim. I'm not in love with the Maui Jim cases. But they're ok.
Maui Jim Aviator
You'd think Maui Jim would provide a nice sunglass case for their $350 Aviators. Instead, they sent a cheesy, foldable cardboard box. Aviators are rather large on the face, but they are definitely lightweight!

Plastic Frame but the lens are amazing !
These are beautiful sunglasses and the lenses are so clear. Living in South Florida where is Very Bright 350 days of the year, they come in handy. The only thing is I think they are over priced. $340 for plastic frames and lenses are a bit too expensive. But I still bought them because they fit well on me. But I wished they were metal frames.

The sleeve on the arm like to slide off.
The rubber sleeve on the arm like ti slide off a bit. Always pushing them back on bit other wise I do like them.
As expected
MJ’s have always been the best glasses you can buy. Period.
Good sun glasses
This is my second pair, but this pair of lenses seems darker than the last pair.. The first pair was clearer and highlighted the scenery. Not so much with these new lens. I am a little disappointed.
Well Performing - Best All Round Sunglasses
These are very nice. The lenses are typical of Maui Jim and the fit is great. It stays on when sweating and the lenses are just enough tint to protect you but not overly-tinted to where you feel it gets dark in the late afternoon.These are very lightweight. Your nose will not be in discomfort after wearing these for hours. The only thing that might bother you is that these do not slide off your face very easily when pulling from one side only. The sides are made of rubber and they stay on really well but also need two hands to remove without bending sometimes.

Great glasses. Lenses are beautiful and the frame is very durable.
Very light great lenses
Replaced a pair of Maui Jim “ Mahina” with these.Excellent anti-glare but I have a couple of issues.The frames angle forward leaving a gap between brow line and frame ( I prefer a closer fit)Ear pieces have an outward bend which provide a bit of COVID ear movement.Nitinol frame has plastic coating on ear pieces gives it a plastic feel.I will keep them but they don’t feel like 300 dollar sunglasses...

My second pair of Guardrails
I had the amber/Copper Guardrails which I took windsurfing, took a dive and they were lost to Poseidon :(!BUT LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT THESE SHADES! They make everything so clear, I absolutely adore their shade of Sepia they use. Best lenses EVERI went to my local Sunglass Hut and tried on just about every pair there, nothing, I love my Guardrails way too much.Thanks SunTimeOnline for having them in stock and a whole $80+ dollars cheaper than local. Carrying case is way cool too, last year with my old Guardrails which I bought off Ebay it came with a canvas semi hard case, now its a high quality hard case with etching.

Alot of money but you get what you pay for and these do not disappoint. They stay securely on face during light activity and the lenses make things appear more crisp.

Maui Jim has done it again. This innovative metal makes this a light weight, very comfortable pair of shades. The clarity is stellar and the look is beautiful for men and for women (me). I get lots of compliments!
Classic stye with Maui's amazing lens
These are the most comfortable sunglasses I have ever owned. The memory mental frame is light and tough. The lens are their combo evolution lens that is light, however not scratch resistent. they slipped out of my pocket when I bent down and caused to small scratches on the lens. My only complaint is they are a little too big. I have a medium face and they are slightly oversized.
